Fire Alarm Confidence Test

State and local fire code requires building owners to maintain their building's fire protection systems in good working condition at all times, and to ensure that these systems are tested on a regular basis.

As outlined in the National Fire Alarm Code (NFPA 72, 2002 edition), two tests are required, the annual fire alarm confidence test and sensitivity test. The confidence test ensures your entire system is still working how it was designed to work. Sensitivity testing is in addition to the functional (confidence) test and is done to determine the alarm threshold of the detector and compare it to factory settings.
Confidence and sensitivity testing must be conducted by a certified fire-alarm service technician, and here at Security Solutions NW we can conduct the tests and file all the necessary paperwork, saving you time and hassle.
